Telehealth Individual Psychotherapy Session Fees (45 min):

• $70- I keep some low sliding scale spots available for the Open Path Collective and emergency/special circumstances. If these spots are full, please reach out to be added to my sliding scale waiting list.

• $175-275- Students, Artists, Helping Professionals (social workers, nurses, doctors, veterinarians, teachers, etc.), Service Industry & Farm Workers, Trans & Non-binary, Queer, BIPOC or AAPI identified folx

• $275- Standard Fee

• $275-350- Pay It Forward (if you have the privilege to pay a higher fee, let’s talk… it will help make lower fees available to those who need it. You can adjust as needed, and if you have out of network reimbursement, you’ll get money back!)

Telehealth Deep Focused Healing Session Fees (90 min):

• EMDR or IFS- Deep Focused Healing (available Saturday mornings) - $550

EMDR was originally designed and studied with 90 minute sessions. Shorter sessions work, but you can get A LOT more processing done with a 90 minute block of time. Similar with IFS- you can get much more deep healing work done with an extended session. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Extended sessions can be scheduled any time, and are the ONLY sessions I schedule on Saturday mornings.

NEW IN 2026: 90 minute sessions are now available for Saturday mornings (bi-weekly), at 8:30-10am or 10:30-12pm.

Telehealth Couples Session Fees:

Couples, 60 minute session- $400

Couples, 90 minute session- $600

ACTIVE- Walk & Talk Therapy Sessions:

45 minute outdoor session- $300 (15 minute grace period added in, depending on the location/distance; additional fees prorated if over 60 minutes)

Evaluation & Letter for Gender Affirming Surgery

• $175-$450 (pay what you can scale)- includes an online assessment form to be completed before meeting, 45 minute evaluation session, and letter for gender-affirming surgery (to be completed within one week of scheduled evaluation session).

Out-of-Network Insurance reimbursement may be available for individual or couples sessions, depending on your coverage.
