Growth is always possible.
I’m a therapist, but I’m also an avid gardener. Each and every year I am truly amazed at how healing gardening is… the lessons from these tiny seeds just don’t stop, and there’s ample evidence to support that getting your hands in soil and being outside is really fucking good for your mental health. Even when I’m frustrated, disappointed, or otherwise upset about a failed plant or new pest- I am reminded to be patient and trusting of the universe. Well, I’m not fully sure what the universe has to do with it, but I do trust seeds.
For the last 2 years I have attended a seed gifting event hosted by Fruition Seeds. The magical vibes, community feels & overall abundance in the room stays with you… and also inspired me to find more ways to share my own seeds.
So, here we go!
If you landed on this page, there is a good chance you received a package of my seeds. Almost all of them are harvested and saved by me (with a small exception of a few of the Fruition seeds I wanted to share too!).
Below you’ll find a color code legend of what seeds are in each colored envelope, and some brief growing instructions. Feel free to reach out anytime if you have any questions. I am currently in training to become a Master Gardener Volunteer (graduating in April 2026!), so if I don’t have the answer to your questions I can definitely help you find the answer.
